The history of Collins & Scherrer dates back to the capital of the United States, Washington. Its founder was Carl E. Scherrer (1906-1987), who was born and raised in this region. In 1932, together with his friend Douglas Collins, he officially registered the Collins & Scherrer trademark.

The company produced a wide range of jewelry – from inexpensive costume jewelry to luxury jewelry. The design of the products always had a festive theme, mainly associated with Christmas.

In 1963, production was moved to Silver Spring, where Carl E. Scherrer lived until the end of his life. The brand ceased to exist in 1982, when the founder retired.

Collins & Scherrer products, handmade, are valued as rarities and are of interest to collectors. Each creation is marked with the “CS” stamp and the copyright symbol.
