DSQUARED2 is a clothing, accessories and perfume brand founded by twin brothers Dean and Dan Caten. The name (English “D squared”) was formed from the first letters of the founders’ names.
The brand was created in 1995. In the same year, the debut men’s casual collection was presented.
In 2002, the Caten brothers signed a contract with Staff International, which became the official international distributor of the brand’s collections.
In 2003, the debut women’s collection “Star 24/7” was shown in Milan.
In 2006, the brand released its first men’s fragrance He Wood, signing a licensing agreement for the production and international distribution of cosmetics with ITF Cosmetics.
In 2008, Dsquared2 announced the launch of a women’s version of the fragrance called She Wood.
In 2020, the brand opened an official store in the Vremena Goda galleries in Moscow.
Since 1997, the brand has been creating jewelry under the DSQUARED2 brand for fashion shows and brand advertising. Materials: plastic and leather, shells and metal alloys, silver and gold. Designers use enamel and wood, natural soft stones, suede, rhinestones and crystals.
