Ecco (The Electric Chain Company Ltd) is a Canadian costume jewelry brand that produced jewelry from 1916 to 1950.

The company was founded in Toronto, Ontario. According to some sources, the brand operated until the 1970s.

The company’s craftsmen created jewelry by hand using sterling silver, rhodium, and 10-karat gold plating. Some product features:
Cufflinks marked with the brand name and the GF (gold filled) stamp.

Brooches made of gold-plated jewelry alloy, such as the “Golden Flower” (size – about 6 cm × 3.5 cm).
The brand closed in 1950.

Markings
On the back of Ecco jewelry was the stamp “ECCO STER” or “ECCO GF”. The GF stamp meant that a deep layer of jewelry was covered with gold, which guaranteed many years of preservation.
