Erling Christoffersen (1932–2015) was a Norwegian jeweler who founded the Plustinn Norway applied arts centre in Fredrikstad in 1958.

He began his career at the National College of Art and Design in Oslo. 1 At the age of 17, he began working as an apprentice at the renowned Norwegian company J. Tostrup.
Together with his wife, Anna Greta Eker, he ran a jewellery workshop in the 1960s, both in Norway and abroad.
