Fred A. Block, Inc. was an American clothing manufacturer based in Chicago that produced costume jewelry from the 1930s to 1950s.

Initially, Fred A. Block sold accessories for its clothing line. The pieces were made of high-quality rhinestones, gold-plated silver, and enamel.

Perhaps the only manufacturer of Fred A. Block jewelry was Sandor Goldberger, which operated in New York from 1938 to the early 1970s.

In the early 1960s, Fred A. Block acquired the Marquette Shop, and in 1961 the store’s name was changed to Fred A. Block.
