The French accessories brand Atout Moment was founded back in 1994 as the second project of the company Ca Commence Como Ca from Gallardon in northwestern France.
The founder and soul of this venture is Didier Thebaud, a French jeweler with many years of experience (since 1978). When his son Denis Michel Thebaud joined him, two lines of exclusive jewelry were launched: “Il Etait Une Fois” (“Once”) and “Atout Moment” (“For every moment”).

Until 1994, each product bore the signature of Didier Thebaud, but from that moment on, corporate designations appeared: a logo in the form of a square with the sun and moon “Atout Moment”, or the emblem “Il Etait Une Fois” or even a combination of both.

The brand’s assortment was dominated by materials such as gold, brass, bronze, copper and silver. Each collection was a unique journey from ethnic motifs to modern trends: from strict minimalism to complex handmade geometry.
Although Ca Commence Como Ca ceased to exist in 2019, the jewelry production assets were already wound down at the beginning of the new millennium.
