Giampiero Bodino is a prominent figure in the world of high jewellery, recognised for his significant contributions to the luxury industry and avant-garde design.
Bodino was born in Turin in 1962. His career began at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris, where he honed his artistic skills.

A turning point in his career was his collaboration with the renowned design house Valentino under Garavani, which further developed his aesthetic sensibility.
In the late 1990s, Bodino began collaborating with Richemont, first with Cartier and then with various prestigious brands of the group, including Piaget, Baume & Mercier and Montblanc.

The head of the Milanese jewellery house, Giampiero Bodino is one of the most influential people in the world of luxury. He is known for his unconventional approach to jewellery design, which began to emerge during his time as the artistic director of the Richemont Group.
Since 2002, he has been overseeing the design of jewelry and watches for Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Piaget, Panerai and IWC.

However, in his own jewelry house, he decided to do things differently, both in terms of design and business.
He embodies the visual images of the past in modern pieces, combining classic elements with modern trends. In his opinion, jewelry can and should be worn with a crisp white shirt and jeans, rather than with a sparkling evening dress.

This approach opens up new perspectives on the perception of jewelry art, depriving it of excessive pomp, but without diminishing its importance.
