Vtg JM Joseph Masaniello Sterling Silver Maze Ring.
Joseph Masaniello (1908–1979) was a renowned Italian jeweler active in New York City from the late 1940s to the early 1970s.
He adhered to the principles of the Arts and Crafts movement, but developed original jewelry designs characterized by geometric patterns and modernist elements.
Masaniello’s product range included bracelets, brooches, pins, rings, and earrings. He frequently used sterling silver and incorporated natural materials such as onyx, jade, moonstone, agate, and glass into his designs.
The metal of his pieces was given a matte texture, enhancing their vintage style. A wide range of materials was used in his creations, including gold, silver, copper, wood, glass, and semi-precious stones.
