Back in 1954, Charles Rothman began a unique family empire of fashion and beauty: he founded Charles Rothman Co. Inc., placing it in the heart of Providence, Rhode Island. That same year marked two iconic brands — Linda Xiu Klew and Karen Lynn Klew — which became symbols of quality.

The workshop’s specialty was the creation of exclusive costume jewelry, where every detail stood out thanks to:

1. the use of 12-karat gold,
2. sterling silver,
3. natural materials — jade and ivory,
4. rare scarab stone
5. and skillfully cultured pearls.

In the golden years (60-70s) the Karen Lynn brand was famous for:

– elegant round brooches,
– exquisite carved ivory roses,
– filigree cameo technique
and luxury in the form of jade bracelets, pearl necklaces and earrings.

Unfortunately, the history of the brand ended in 1994.
