Kurt Erik Christoffersen (1926–1981) was a Danish designer known for creating jewelry for the International Silver Company (Meriden, Connecticut) in the 1950s. His pieces were executed in the Art Nouveau style, using sterling silver and gold.

Born in Denmark, he trained at Anton Michelsen’s workshop in Copenhagen. After completing his studies at the Danish Academy of Arts and Crafts, Christoffersen was awarded a silver medal by the Danish Guild of Jewellers and Silversmiths.

His collection of silver jewelry was released under the label “Christoffersen Designed.” He designed small editions, including bracelets, brooches, chokers, tie clips, earrings, and pendants for both women and men.

Christoffersen offered simple jewelry—tailored pieces made of precious metals, devoid of gemstone or rhinestone inlays—as an alternative to more extravagant designs. His work often draws inspiration from nature: leaves, flowers, branches, and water features.
