Lily Aldridge ‘s career began at the age of 17 when her face appeared on the cover of Spanish Vogue. She has also appeared on the covers of magazines such as Glamor, Cosmopolitan, Teen Vogue and Elle Girl.

“The biggest limitation during this period is not a drop of wine, and a week before the show I stop eating salty foods,” Lily explained. When asked by Shape magazine about what is always kept in Lily’s fridge, she replied: “I love avocado. This is my favorite snack. I eat avocados either neat or with rice cake, or I make guacamole (mashed avocado and tomato with spices). This is a very healthy and satisfying meal. ”
