Oystein Balle (1928–1998) was a Norwegian designer of Art Nouveau costume jewelry. He was born in Stavanger, where he worked on the creation of jewelry.

In 1953, Balle opened his own workshop. He is known for using colored glass enamel in abstract Art Nouveau and biomorphic designs.

The exact period of the designer’s active work is unknown, but based on the styles and types of jewelry, it can be assumed that it was the 1950s–1970s.

Jewelry historians believe that Balle died in 1998, but the exact date is not recorded.
