Paye & Baker Mfg. Co. was known for its silverware and jewelry.

By the turn of the century, Frank L. Baker joined the company, leading to a relocation of production to North Attleborough, Massachusetts.

The product range was quite diverse: from fine flatware and commemorative spoons to napkin holders, and also included accessories such as matchboxes, ashtrays, bag clips, buttons, and belt clips.

The company also created stylish Art Nouveau brooches, pendants, rings, and decorative elements for hats. Their product range included many silver items, including jewelry featuring bears, combs, and celluloid items.

The brand’s distinctive feature was its original trademark—a combination of the letters “P & B” in the form of three hearts, joined by the word “sterling.” In the mid-20th century, Paye & Baker Mfg. Co. gained recognition as a major American manufacturer of hat pins, holding a leading position at the beginning of the last century.
