Dillard’s, Inc., a major American clothing retailer headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, owns an impressive list of trademarks covering a wide range of products, from shoes and sportswear to dolls and handbags. Among the trademarks registered between 1980 and 2000, five stand out as jewelry-related: Laura Gayle (1988), Pinnacle (1990), In-Vest-Ments (officially registered March 4, 1992), Copper Key (1999), and simply “M.” In addition, eight more jewelry brands have been established since 2000: Francesca Rose, Kate Landry (2002), Katherine Kelly, Jean Gems (2004), Nurturi (2006), Antonio Melani AM, Flight School (2007), and Lula Palizzi (2008).

It’s worth noting that the In-Vest-Ments trademark is currently invalid (cancelled on February 12, 2016). However, jewelry from this brand produced after the turn of the millennium is virtually impossible to find, as the bulk of production occurred in the 1990s and is now considered antique.

In-Vest-Ments’ assortment includes earrings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches, and decorative pins. These pieces are typically crafted using gold- or silver-plated metal alloys, as well as lucite, crystals, rhinestones, and enamel. A characteristic feature is the presence of a stamp with the inscription “In-Vest-Ments”.
