Whether you are looking for a 30 carat pink diamond, a 270 carat Colombian emerald, a 75 carat Burmese sapphire or a natural pearl necklace, you can safely rely on the exclusive Geneva jewelery company Jahan for rare jewelery and flawless service.
The company has such a proven track record that when in the 1990s a distinguished monarch wanted to donate a flawless 100-carat, perfect D (1) heart-cut diamond, his choice, without further hesitation, fell on Jahan.
“He came to us because we have provided him with exceptional products over the years,” explains Ali Jahan, the last generation of the family business. “We made this almost impossible piece of jewelry for him in a week.” Our clients have high expectations and know that we can offer them some of the most incredible and quality gemstones.
Jahan’s dedication to providing personalized service results in them often partnering with customers throughout their lives, one generation after another. This approach is a family tradition that has evolved over the centuries.
Open the heavy glass doors of the flagship boutique in the heart of Geneva’s prestigious Rue du Rhône and you’ll see a member of the Jahan family assisting customers. “It’s an obsession!” Ali says with delight.
“We are constantly discussing each other’s ideas on how to make our clients as happy as possible. However, we all agree on the importance of maintaining their trust and making sure they feel understood. This is especially important for our bespoke jewelery – a service that is becoming more and more popular. ”
When asked what makes Jahan different, Ali replied, “We take every aspect of the business seriously. Every detail, from our jewelry to the services we offer, is the preservation of our heritage. ” Jahan is a family business where everyone is responsible for a different part of the business: design, production, quality control, customer consultation and after-sales service.
Shahpour Jahan, a seventh generation jeweler from the Jahan family, today runs the company from its headquarters in Geneva. He learned the craft from his father, who began his studies as a teenager and quickly became a goldsmith.
“In our family, we understand that it is necessary to keep up with the times and keep up with modern technologies in order to meet the highest standards,” says Ali.
Jahan has a wide variety of collections, from icy diamonds to colored stones in the most intense natural colors. “We invest in all types of stones because we understand their value and we can enhance their beauty with elegant and avant-garde designs,” says Ali, explaining the company’s extensive range of gemstones.
But ultimately, it is the needs of the customers that drive Jahan’s development strategy. “We know that many clients prefer to see multiple designs before choosing the perfect piece of jewelry. We want our clients to feel that with us they will receive a variety, from modest gifts to the rarest gems. ”
The next chapter in Jahan’s development involves expanding the business by opening a new jewelry boutique in London. “Our goal today is to get more people to know about Jahan,” Ali says. “In line with changing preferences, the new boutique will include more affordable collections to accompany the exquisite pieces that the house is renowned for.”
With the opening of the new store, visitors to the London boutique will be able to admire Jahan’s stunning design and the company’s promise: “Every customer deserves the best service.”
