AAi was founded as Femic Inc, then changed its brand name to Accessories Assoc in 1986 and AAi Foster Grant in 1996.
The brand has a lot of Christmas-themed decorations. Jewelry alloy of silver, gold color, hot enamel was used in the products.
In 1994, Gerry’s, one of the famous American jewelry brands, sued AAi for copyright infringement. AAi reportedly copied their pieces and put them up for sale as jewelry designed by AAi designers.
In 2008, the company was bought out by FGX Internation and ceased to exist.
